   Sessions with each team using their own documents and tasks, to see what AI can and can't do with their work today. Nobody needs to know how to code.

   We choose what to automate

   Together with the team we list the repetitive tasks and keep the ones worth automating: the ones that eat up hours every week.

3. 03

   I build the automations

   Connected to what you already use: email, Excel, ERP, CRM. I test them with the team and show everyone how to use and adjust them without relying on me.

4. 04

   I support you every month

   One or two days a month: I maintain what we've built, answer questions and add new use cases as the team spots them. The person who trains you is the same one who picks up the phone six months later.

Who it's for

Owners and executives of small and mid-sized companies whose teams spend time on repetitive work with documents, data or email.

A team that knows what it can and can't ask of AI, automations running in your own tools, and me on the other end of the phone to maintain them and add the next ones.

How long it takes

The training is tailored: sessions are adapted to each team and its work. The first automations are usually in people's hands within days, not months.

Time from your people for the sessions, and access to the tools you already use: email, Excel, ERP, CRM.

If it doesn't work

If the training shows there are no tasks in your company worth automating, I'll tell you and that's the end of it. If an automation stops being useful, I fix it or we remove it: that's what the ongoing support is for.
